By accessing or using ShareBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ShareBase provides a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) communication conduit. We are a technical intermediary that facilitates direct data streaming between users. We do not host, store, or have any control over the content transmitted via our service.

2. User Responsibility & Content

Sole Liability

You are exclusively responsible for any data, files, or information you transmit. ShareBase does not monitor, review, or verify any content transferred through the platform.

Intellectual Property

You must not use the service to infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents. Sharing pirated or unlicensed material is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use ShareBase to:

  • Transmit malware, viruses, or destructive code.
  • Facilitate any form of illegal surveillance or hacking.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other individuals.
  • Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Interfere with the stability of our signaling servers.
  • Automate file sharing for commercial spamming.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

SHAREBASE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

In no event shall ShareBase, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation data loss, arising out of your use of the service.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShareBase and its operators from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6. Severability & Jurisdiction

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
